Our Process
Step 1: Initial Reach Out
From first coming across our beautiful website, the first step is to fill out the form found at the bottom of this box. In this, you will select every element that applies to your dream landscape project so that we can get on the same page in working towards transforming your outdoor spaces.
Step 2: Phone Consultation
Now that we're on the same page, its time to hop on a call to iron out the details of your desired landscape and begin answering any questions you may have about our building process, techniques and our approach. In addition to Next, expectations, timeline, and other project specifics. At this point, we will initiate a land survey (which is free) to move to the next step.
Step 3: In-Person Consultation
In-person, we can take all the information we've collected so far and compile it into an actionable plan to bring you your dream outdoor space. At this point, we can measure out our areas. Here, can provide samples to decide on materials of choice.
Step 4: Design
Here is where we create and finalize your dream landscape design. This landscape design will determine the location and size of new construction making the best functional use of available space. Once the design is agreed upon, we will send a detailed contract regarding the scope of work, our limited warranties and everything you need to know going into this. We require a 30% deposit to book you into our schedule and allow up to move on to the next step.
Step 5: Build
With everything out of the way, it is time for our team of professionals to come in and bring that vision to life. Although construction is a messy ordeal, our team will ensure to clean up at the end of every day while remaining efficient so we get in and out of your hair as soon as possible. If there are any modifications to the contract during the construction phase, this will be considered a change order which will be added to the final invoice.
Step 6: Completion
Finally... it's done! It's time to enjoy your new driveway, walkway, patio, garden, retaining wall or whatever project we can bring to life! A final walkthrough will be conducted with the homeowner and when everyone is happy, we collect the final payment and let you sit back and bask in your own personal paradise.
